Executive Director

Melissa is the Executive Director of Court Manor Health Services and is here to help you in any way possible by answering your questions and being there when you need her. Please stop by Melissa's office any time you visit our home or call at any time. No appointment is necessary, and your visit is valued.

Lynn Loomis
Director of Nursing Services

You expect top-quality nursing care for your loved one, and you deserve to be informed about the care we provide. If you have questions, call the nurses’ station and ask for the nurse manager, or contact Lynn, our Director of Nursing Services. Lynn can discuss any questions you may have. If you want to talk with your family’s physician, the nurse can coordinate a meeting.

Nathan Hartfiel
Assistant Director of Nursing

As The Assistant Director of Nursing Services, Nathan compliments the Director of Nursing Services in planning, developing and supervising the activities of those who provide care to our residents.

Robyn Klaboe
Director of Rehabilitation Services

Robyn and her team of therapists will meet with each resident to determine his or her goals. Robyn and the therapy team work together to ensure each resident meets the maximum rehabilitation potential for returning to the community.

Barb Nevala
Director of Dementia Care

In the Memory Care Unit, Barb and her team will oversee promoting a safe loving environment for the residents living with Dementia. The MCU provides a social model of care to assist those living with Dementia as independently as possible with their progressive disease. The staff is an excellent resource for providing you with information on the MCU and on the disease process.

Colleen Pankratz
Certified Dietary Manager

While your loved one’s nutritional status is of utmost importance, we also recognize that taste is important too. If you have any questions about the food at our nursing home, feel free to speak to our Certified Dietary Services Manager Colleen Pankratz.

Aubree Meyer
Director of Social Services

Aubree is our Director of Social Service and is an in-house advocate who will help you navigate the medical, social, legal and financial responsibilities on behalf of your loved one. Don’t hesitate to ask us about anything that’s on your mind.

Business Office Manager

After getting your loved one settled in, you will meet with Heidi Austin, our Business Office Manager, to review financial obligations. Heidi can also answer any questions you might have.

Activities Director

Our residents enjoy hours of fun with our activities, which are coordinated by the Activities Director Pam who can also help you find ways to spend quality time with your loved one.

Francis Urinko
Housekeeping Manager

Francis and his team will be happy to do all of he laundry for your loved one during his her stay. To keep track of all items, our laundry department labels all pieces of clothing. For all of your housekeeping and laundry questions, contact Francis in our housekeeping department.
